At Rosamar Hotels we want to let you know about some of the options that Lloret de Mar has on offer this month, so you can top off your holidays at our hotels with ease.
On Saturday 8 April, the Fira de Productes Artesans craft fair is here again in Lloret! A food fair which is held regularly in the Plaça de la Vila square. Have a wander round and discover lots of handcrafted products.
On Sunday 9 April, discover the Mercat de Brocanters i Col·leccionistes (secondhand traders and collectors), an exhibition of classic vehicles which is usually held every second Sunday of the month! If you are a classic car lover, you are sure to be impressed!
And let's not forget Lloret de Mar's weekly market, which you can visit every Tuesday and find a wide range of local products.
On Sunday 9 April, it is Palm Sunday, and with the arrival of Easter also comes the Distribution of Laurel Leaves, a day when we celebrate the blessing of laurel leaves, the town's symbol.
Also during this holiday period you will be able to see the Good Friday Procession, which this year will be held on 14 April.
On 23 April, come and celebrate the day of the book and the rose, the symbol of culture and love! This is "Valentine's Day" in Catalonia, a day on which people give the person they love a rose or a book. Visit the typical market stalls selling roses and books on Lloret's Passeig Jacint Verdaguer Promenade.
Finally, to round off the month, there's Birrasana! From 29 April to 1 May, come and taste the best national and international craft beers. An event which includes concerts and live performances, a children's playground, quality gastronomic deals at reasonable prices, beer tastings and pairings, contests and much more!
