"this was our 3rd year in a row and we will be back next year too. Firstly the location of this hotel MAXIM is the main reason but also the staff are fantastic, very friendly and professional. They should not be taken for granted as good staff are very hard to get but more importantly hard to retain, so it was nice to see them year to year."

"the rooms need a little attention meaning making good cracks better than they have been. Also the shower units seem to let too much water over the bathroom floor more than it should even if you are being careful. You can tell the rooms above have the same issue as you can see the result of water damage on the ceiling."
