What is a promotional code and what is it for?

With a discount code or a promotional code you will get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.

How can I use it?

Enter your code in the "PROMO CODE / GIFT VOUCHER" field and start the reservation process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.

General conditions of use:

Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes only apply to the room and board portion of bookings. Any additional service will not be subject to the promotional code discount.

No more than one promotional code can be applied to a reservation.

Rosamar Hotels reserves the right to apply or not a promotional code.

Apart from the general conditions of use, each promotional code may have specific conditions.


Gift voucher

What is a gift voucher code and what is it for?

When you receive a Rosamar Plus Gift Card , it will contain a code with which you can book your stay at Rosamar Hotels.

How can I use it?

Enter your code in the "PROMO CODE / GIFT VOUCHER" field and start the reservation process. The amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total of your reservation (accommodation, pension and additional services included).

General conditions of use:

The codes associated with a gift voucher are applied to the part of the accommodation, board and additional services of the reservations.

Rosamar Hotels reserves the right to apply or not a code associated with a gift voucher. Check the specific conditions of your gift voucher in the purchase confirmation email.

Reducing our carbon footprint

In the constant search for optimal environmental management, at Rosamar Hotels we have implemented specific actions to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions. All our hotels carry out a meticulous calculation of their carbon footprint, prioritizing surveillance and the continuous reduction of inputs.


Reinforcing our commitment, we have set a goal of reducing our emissions by 1% over the next year, in addition to considering emissions offsetting.

Energy saving

At Rosamar Hotels we have implemented specific measures for efficient energy saving. All our hotels maintain regular consumption records and carry out energy efficiency audits. In addition, we have implemented smart sensors to control equipment in common areas and rooms.


Our commitment translates into the implementation of preventive energy maintenance plans and periodic verifications to guarantee the performance of all equipment.


In addition, we consider the replacement of lighting fixtures with more energy efficient alternatives, in line with our commitment to a lighter footprint on the environment.

Responsible use of water

We take on the challenge of responsible use of water with specific actions. All our hotels rigorously control water consumption, and some of the measures implemented include: use of sprinklers and irrigation programmers based on probes, we promote partial flushing of water in toilets and the use of buttons in showers to reduce consumption, and the installation of water osmosis equipment as an additional measure for conservation.


These actions demonstrate our commitment to preserving one of the most valuable resources on the planet and working towards more conscious water management in tourism on the Costa Brava.

Recycling waste

Waste recycling is a fundamental part of our commitment to sustainability. All our hotels carry out the recycling of the most common waste through public managers and adequately manage electrical and electronic waste, paints, phytosanitary products, light bulbs and furniture through authorized managers. We also separate and collect cooking oil responsibly.


In addition, we have taken measures to reduce plastic waste, replacing plastic cups with compostable and reusable cups. We have also replaced PET containers with cans in dispensing machines and opted for compostable canes. Plastic bracelets have been replaced by fabric versions, and in the amenities, we implemented dispensers to reduce packaging.


To encourage recycling, we have installed indicators at each recycling point and we have recycling bins in common areas. Our goal is to create a greener environment and promote sustainable practices throughout our operations.

Reducing food waste is a priority in our pursuit of sustainability. In our cafeterias, uneaten food is offered to take away in paper and/or cardboard containers, thus avoiding waste.

What's more, our hotels Hotel Rosamar & Spa, Hotel Rosamar Garden Resort and Hotel Rosamar Maritim have been awarded the Little Foodies distinction from the Fundació Alícia, which highlights our healthy and sustainable children's menus. Thus, in these menus we balance vegetables, carbohydrates and protein foods, taking special care of allergies and intolerances. We prioritize local and organic ingredients, presenting attractive dishes that encourage gastronomic discovery in the little ones.
