Booking and payment conditions


Reservations made with the Web Rate will be charged with a prepayment corresponding to the average amount of the first night of the reservation. Reservations with a non-refundable rate will be charged 100% at the time of booking. To confirm the reservation it will be necessary to make the payment of 15% of the total stay 5 days before arrival, from Rosamar Hotels an email will be sent with the link to make the payment, the rest will be paid on arrival at the hotel. The rest of the amount will be charged on arrival at the reception desk when checking in by means of an accepted credit/debit card or in cash.
From 14.04 to 17.04 included, from 25.05 to 28.05 included and from 20.06 to 14.09 included, payment of 15% of the total stay will be made at the time of booking.


Check in is from 14:00h. The check out is at 11:00h. It is obligatory the presentation of the DNI or passport of all the people who stay, including children. Minors without ID or passport can show the family book. Animals are not accepted.

Children: Babies of 0 and 1 year old and from 2 to 12 years old are considered children. All babies and children must be included in the total capacity of the reserved room.

The guest requests in the special requests section of the reservation are never confirmed until an email is received from Rosamar Hotels with this confirmation.

Bed and breakfast, half board and full board: drinks not included.

The price of the reservation DOES NOT include the tourist tax of 0.99 € per person per day (a maximum of 7 days) for over 16 years, to pay directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.

Rosamar Hotels reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in case of fraud or hotel error, prior notice. In this case, Rosamar Hotels will notify the error within a maximum period of 48 hours, giving the client the option of accepting the correct adjustments or canceling the reservation made.


Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, the deposit corresponding to the average night will not be refunded.

Cancellations with less than 5 days before arrival or No shows: For justified reason (serious illness or serious accident of some of the people included in the reservation or death of a relative in the first degree, always with an official certificate): the payment made for the same season will be kept or refunded. Without justified reason: the payment will be lost.

Early departures or changes already at the hotel: Once the check-in has been made at the hotel, the total stay will be charged, with no option of refund. In justified cases of accident of some of the persons included in the reservation or death of a relative in first degree, always with official certificate, the amount of the stay not enjoyed can be kept for a next reservation within the same year. The prepayment of reservations with non-refundable fee will not be returned or recovered under any pretext and in no case. In case of cancellation the amount will not be refunded, it will remain as a deposit to make a new reservation during the following 12 months.

*If the new reservation has a lower amount than the current reservation, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

*If the new reservation has a higher amount than the current reservation, the difference must be paid.
