Booking and payment conditions

Reservations made with web rate or offer rate will be charged with a prepayment of 15% of the total at the time of booking. Reservations with a non-refundable rate will be charged 100% at the time of booking. The holder of the credit / debit card authorizes Rosamar Hotels to charge the card the amount of payment requested under the conditions of the contracted rate and show the card with which the payment was made upon arrival at the hotel. The rest of the amount will be charged upon arrival at reception at the time of check-in by credit / debit card accepted or in cash.

Check in is from 12: 00h. The rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. The check out is at 10: 00h. It is obligatory the presentation of the DNI or passport of all the people who stay, including children. Minors without ID or passport can show the family book. Animals are not accepted.
Children: Babies of 0 and 1 year old and from 2 to 12 years old are considered children. All babies and children must be included in the total capacity of the reserved room.
The guest requests in the special requests section of the reservation are never confirmed until an email is received from Rosamar Hotels with this confirmation.
Bed and breakfast, half board and full board: drinks not included.
The price of the reservation DOES NOT include the tourist tax of 0.99 € per person per day (a maximum of 7 days) for over 16 years, to pay directly at the hotel reception on the day of arrival.
Rosamar Hotels reserves the right to rectify or cancel reservations in case of fraud or hotel error, prior notice. In this case, Rosamar Hotels will notify the error within a maximum period of 48 hours, giving the client the option of accepting the correct adjustments or canceling the reservation made.

Cancellations up to 5 days (14 days from 01.07 to 31.08) before the scheduled arriva, the pre payment will be refunded .
Cancellations with less than 5 days (14 days from 01.07 to 31.08) before the scheduled arrival or No shows:
With justified reason (serious illness or serious accident of some of the people included in the reservation or death of family member in first grade, always with official certificate): the payment will be saved made for the same season. No justified reason: the payment will be lost.
Early departures or modifications already at the hotel: Once the check-in at the hotel is made, the total stay will be charged, with no refund option. In justified cases of serious accident of some of the people included in the reservation or death of family member in first grade, always with official certificate, the amount of the stay not enjoyed for an upcoming reservation within the same year can be saved.
The prepayment of reservations with a non-refundable rate will not be returned nor can it be recovered under any pretext and in no case.
The reservations for the same period can only be modified  maintaining the initial price. The prepayment of the canceled reservations can only be used for a different period or for the same if the reservation maintains the initial price or it has a higher price.
The photos of the rooms shown on the web are of specific rooms and does not mean that the room assigned is exactly the same.
€ 10 will be charged for each modification.
